Nolan R. Richardson

Nolan R. Richardson is an associate attorney whose Texas roots run deep. Raised in Wichita Falls and later moving to the Texas Panhandle, Nolan brings small-town ideals, practical perspective, and sharp business acumen to a modern, business-focused practice. He is committed to providing clients with clear guidance, effective solutions, and strong representation—whether in the courtroom or at the negotiating table.

Nolan earned his Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law from Oklahoma State University in 2020, graduating with minors in Law and Legal Studies as well as Religious Studies. He continued his education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he focused on civil litigation and oil and gas law. During his time there, he distinguished himself as a five-time national qualifier in ABA mediation and negotiation competitions and was honored with induction into OU’s prestigious Order of the Barristers.

After receiving his J.D. in 2023, Nolan began his legal career at a prominent law firm in Amarillo as a civil litigation associate, defending high-profile healthcare lawsuits across the country. He now focuses his practice on all aspects of business law, including commercial and real estate transactions, while continuing to build a robust civil litigation practice.

He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Amarillo Area Bar Association, and the Amarillo Young Lawyers Association. Nolan also serves on the Oklahoma Esports Alumni Advisory Board, where he mentors and supports young athletes.

Outside the office, Nolan enjoys hunting with his dog, Scarlett, fishing, traveling to rodeos, and cheering on his Oklahoma State Cowboys. He is active in his church communities in both Amarillo and Wichita Falls.
